The company is led by our visionary founder, Palle Anil. His professional journey serves as the bedrock of our operational strength. Starting from the grassroots level as a determined worker in the construction sector, he steadily advanced into a professional contractor, marketing specialist and business manager. This extensive, hands-on experience across multiple industries forms the backbone of our strategic direction and executive leadership.
Our foundational business journey began with the launch of Jeevan Shanthi Traders in 2018, marking a crucial milestone in our commercial roots. While navigating diverse sectors, we demonstrated resilience by managing economic uncertainties during the 2020–2021 COVID-19 pandemic and lockdowns.
Following an operational expansion into Bengaluru in 2022, the foundations of our group grew further with the initiation of GIB Company in 2023. To bring this experience into a structured institutional framework, Janvika Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2024.

FOUNDER, CHAIRMAN & MANAGING DIRECTOR
An entrepreneur, real estate developer, and business leader from Telangana, Palle Anil began his professional journey in Mumbai’s construction industry in 2005.
His experience grew across construction, contracting, marketing, and business management. Today, his vision centers on building organizations with integrity, creating employment opportunities, and earning customer trust.

Continued business activities through the adverse conditions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdowns.
Expanded strategic horizons and successfully managed corporate business operations in Bengaluru.
Further expanded his commercial portfolio by establishing GIB Company to explore emerging market opportunities.
Started Janvika Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. and entered infrastructure and real estate development.

The company describes a proposal under which those who invest in Farm Plots available in the current phase may be paid an additional amount equal to their investment within a specified time frame set by the company.
As described in the proposal, the process includes:
Select a Farm Plot that is suitable for you.
Complete the land registration process.
This continues until the company's specified period is completed.
After the company's specified period, settlement takes place according to the agreement.
After settlement, the land is transferred back to the company as agreed.
